Head Programmer
- At least 10 years of relevant industry experience, covering management roles in IT Applications management and support.
- Should have working experience with various platforms AS/400 (Cobol), Unix, Java, .NET, Messaging, XML, Client server (VB), etc.
- Prefer to have working experience in application platform and technology consolidation and standarization.
- Should have working experience around various application development (IDE) and Testing tools.
- Should have handled sizeable applications team (with various applications support).
- Practical working experience in a business driven culture and customer service oriented atmosphere.
- Must be acquainted with technology know-how – Applications, Packaged products and related Toolsets.
- Excellent working knowledge about various applications platforms and technologies (Client/Server, Web or Legacy based).
- Firm understanding of application development process like SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) and Testing process (Unit, System, Integration, User Acceptance, Performance, Stress).
- Firm understanding of Change management, Configuration management, Review management processes.
- Excellent knowledge about application knowledge base, repository management and documentation.
- Knowledge of various delivery metrics like defects, schedule/cost/effort variances, change requests, etc.
- Experience in resource plotting, budgeting and reporting.

Co Programmer
- At least 2 years working experience in application programming
- Good English
- Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, creative, result oriented.
- Good understanding of Web based Application and Desktop based Application Programming
- Have deep knowledge in Database (MySQL, MsSQL Server, Oracle or other RDBMS)
- Good interpersonal skills, self motivated, creative, result oriented.
- Able to work independently and in team, underpressure and tight deadline
